
A tasty & appetising olive pâté made with olives harvested from trees aged between 100 and 150 years old. The addition of chilli peppers, so abundant in Abruzzo, give the pâté a spicy kick! Delicious as a topping for toasted sourdough bread or ciabatta. Also a great ingredient to add a flavour punch to sauces for pasta or meats.

Fattoria Martellli is family owned and operated in Abruzzo. Their farm is located in the hills that overlook the Trabocchi Coast, giving an ideal climate to produce their artisan olive oils and honeys.
