
These long breadsticks, or 'grissini', are a great addition to any antipasti spread. Made with 100% extra virgin olive oil, these breadsticks are hand stretched, giving them a unique rustic appearance & texture. I like to serve them with a slice of prosciutto wrapped around part of the stick.
Ingredients: Type '00' flour, extra virgin olive oil, lard, natural yeast, sea salt, malt.
