These crisp flatbreads are a mini version of a recipe Mario Fongo created in 1993 which he called 'Mother-in-Law's Tongues'. Not sure how impressed Mr Fongo's wife or her mother were, but the rest of us can enjoy these crispy treats with dips as part of an antipasti spread.

Ingredients: Type 00 flour, Wheat flour, Italian extra virgin olive oil, natural yeast, salt. Contains Gluten. May contain traces of Milk, Sesame, Nuts & Soy.

Based in Rocchetta Tanaro, in the heart of the Piemonte region, the Fongo family opened their bakery in 1945. Today they continue to use the best local Italian ingredients along with traditional methods to make their artisan breads.
