A new recipe! Moroccan Spiced Cottage Pie with ras el hanout and za'atar. Beef mince, slow cooked in red wine, adding dried apricots and Ras el Hanout, then covered with roasted butternut squash and mashed potato and garnished with Za'atar as a topping. Ready to cook at home - Serves 2.
Storage: Keep in a fridge below 5°C. At its' best when cooked from fresh. If you freeze it, do so before the use by date, eat within one month and defrost fully before cooking.
