Spaghettata alla Puttenesca Italian Herb & Spice Mix for Pasta 120g
Fancy a quick & easy pasta dish? Then try this traditional Italian dried herb and spice mix for pasta with capers and olives. Put a tablespoon per person of this mix into a pan and lightly fry in olive oil for a couple of minutes. Cook spaghetti or other pasta and drain then toss in the pan with the herb/spice and oil mixture, then sprinkle with a little Parmesan before serving. Simples!
Ingredients: Onion, garlic, tomato, PARSLEY, CAPERS, olives, carrots, salt.
