Quality fresh pasta with prosciutto crudo filling. Tortellini are a ring-shaped pasta originally from the Italian region around Bologna & Modena. Traditionally you would serve in a light chicken broth or a simple tomato sauce.
Ingredients: Pasta - Durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS; Filling -pork meat, salt, Grana Padano cheese (MILK, salt, rennet, preservatives), antioxidant, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour Type'0', brewer's yeast, salt, mortadella (pork meat, salt, natural flavours, dextrose, antioxidant, preservative). May contain traces of FISH, MOLLUSCS, CRUSTACEANS, PEANUTS, NUTS, MUSTARD, SOY, CELERY.
So, who makes this stuff?
In 1964 Mario Temporin started producing pasta and tortellini in a small kitchen in the town of Lugagnano near Verona. Today, his son Antonio runs the business and the company continues to make quality fresh pasta on a larger scale, while retaining their traditional values.
