Fattoria Martelli is a family owned and operated business in Abruzzo, on the east coast of Italy. The farm is located in the hills overlooking the picturesque Trabocchi Coast, giving it the ideal climate to produce their artisan olive oil.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml is made from 4 varieties of olives -  Leccino, Gentile di Chieti, Frantoio & Nebbio - harvested from trees 100 - 150 years old. The oil is lightly fruity, with aromas of fresh grass and artichokes. Use to dress salads, on bruschetta, with fish, or on sautéed vegetables.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Hot Chilli Pepper 250ml is excellent for spicing up a sauce, or on pizza or grilled meats.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Lemon 250ml is a light and balanced citrus flavoured oil, perfect for dressing salads, fish dishes (especially smoked salmon!), beef carpaccio and even desserts - just wonderful with vanilla ice cream! 

Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Truffle 100ml is infused with the rich, earthy flavours of truffle, to give this olive oil that decadent touch. Truffle olive oil is great with any mushroom dish, pasta or risotto. Delicious stirred through mashed potato, great with scrambled eggs or drizzled over an omelette. Anywhere you add this rich decadent oil with give the dish that unique earthy flavour.
