Giuseppe Giusti’s sweet and sour (''agrodolce'') white balsamic condiment is aged for 5 years, to develop the perfect balance of sharp, syrupy flavour. The taste is fresher and fruitier than dark vinegars, and is wonderful as a cooking ingredient to season fish, or used to lift flavour from a pan after searing meat and vegetables.
Ingredients: Concentrated grape must, white wine vinegar. Contains SULPHITES.
