When I first tried this wonderful hot, spicy salami, courtesy of my Calabrian brother in law, it was still a well-kept secret. Not any more! This one is from Spilinga, the town where n'duja origantes from & it comes in a jar so it will keep longer. Add it to sauces, on pizzas or bruschette.
Ingredients: Spicy spreadable salami - pork fat 42%, pork meat 30% (origin of pork - Italy), chilli pepper 25%, salt 3%, olive oil 8%. Does not contain any GMO ingredients or milk derivatives. Pasteurised product. No artificial colours or preservatives.
