Tonnarelli are long pasta similar to spaghetti, but slightly thicker and with a square shape cross-section. It is a typical Roman Pasta, Produced with Italian durum wheat semolina and bronze drawn to give a rough texture. Tonnarelli pair well with cacio e pepe, carbonara or amatriciana sauce.
