Pandoro is a traditional cake from Verona which, like Panettone, is a dessert that symbolizes Christmas in Italy. It's even shaped a bit like a Christmas tree! Pandoro, literally meaning 'golden bread', has a golden outer layer, topped with snow-like powdered sugar & a light fluffy interior.
