This Tagliatelle pasta is made by Pastificio Morelli using Tuscan durum wheat semolina & egg, processed using artisan methods, bronze-drawn and dried at a low temperature. It also includes all the goodness of wheatgerm! It has an excellent consistency and is perfect served with meat-based sauces or mushrooms.
