Ziti are long hollow tubes of pasta, and originally come from Naples. Unusually for Italy, the long tubes are often broken into shorter pieces before cooking. Fantastic with meat sauces and oven baked pasta dishes. Produced with Italian durum wheat semolina, processed using artisan methods, bronze-drawn and dried at a low temperature.
