Our dried pasta range is made by Pastificio Morelli based near Pisa. Their pasta is unique & their secret ingredient is wheat germ. During the normal cereal grinding process wheat germ is removed, but thanks to the use of artisan craft methods in production, Morelli make a selection of pasta that retains the healthy wheat germ. This is the best dried pasta you will taste!
